Sorry to hear that you're struggling to find a suitable medication. Plus, as your doctor says you can't stay on them forever. However your decision to try the natural route is a great idea. Although foods and beverages won't give you crohn's they can effect the symptoms. Have a look through the rest of the posts on this blog - I've covered diet and natural remedies a number of times. 					<description>my specialist tells me that I have Crohns Colitis?? Is this at all possible? I am also finding it hard to find a suitable drug i have been on the sulfur drug, salofalk, prednisone, and imuran nothing seems to be working except for when i am on the high doses of prednisone, my doctor tells me i cant stay on them for long and then he weans me off them and so i flare-up again, just wondering if there is anything that i should be avoiding as far as food, drinks goyour help would be very much appreciated.</description>
