It is not unheard of for crohn's disease to be misdiagnosed, however it is usually mistaken for IBS or other intestinal conditions not the other way around. But if you are unsure about what your doctor has told you I would suggest going back and discussing your concerns or alternatively seek a second opinion. Best of luck. Hi Donna
